Do I have to place my order online?
No, you can email us with a list of items that you want to order or mail us an order. However, we recommend that you place your order over the internet using our secure payment facility.
We can also accept telephone orders and process them via a secure server.
Is shopping online with you secure?
Yes! Our payment facility is totally secure and is protected by encryption technology using complicated logarithm combinations. In reality, shopping on the internet and making payment through a secure server is probably safer than a card transaction in a shop.
What is your exchange/refund policy?

Please return any items within 7 days for a full refund, exchange or credit note. We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchases made and offer a full no quibble refund.
Please note we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges which do not have a Return Authorisation Code. Any returns/exchanges sent without this will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
Should you need to return or exchange an item please email us Returns@sunshineanddiamonds.com to request a Return Authorisation Code.
Please include your order number, items to be returned, reason for return and what items you wish in exchange/or that you require a refund.
Upon receipt of your return authorisation code please mark your package Returns and mark the Return Authorisation Code on the front of the package sending the unused item and marked packing receipt to us.
Please clearly mark your packing slip with either return or exchange and write your return authorisation code here also, please do remember that without this your return/exchange cannot be processed!
We suggest for your protection all items returned are sent by recorded or signed for delivery.
All items returned must be in their original condition/ packaging. Returned items should be sent by recorded/registered post as we cannot be held liable for any losses in the postal system. We cannot offer refunds/exchanges on any custom/personalised orders or items that are not in original condition or have been opened or used. Please note that postage and shipping costs are non refundable
What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is approx 7 days. However, we do endeavour to despatch orders as quickly as possible and very often orders will arrive much more quickly than this.
Delivery time for items which are not in stock may be up to 28 days.
Should any orders be delayed for any reason we will advise you immediately and you may of course cancel your order and be fully refunded.
Should you require an order within a specific timescale please advise us in the comments section at checkout and we will do our very best to accommodate where at all possible.
If you require confirmation of delivery time for an item you need urgently please email us help@sunshineanddiamonds.com and we will confirm prior to placing your order.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept U.K pounds sterling. However your card provider will convert the transaction into your own currency, for instance dollars on your credit card.
If you wish to check the value of your order in your own currency there are many online currency converters available.
What is my pet's size?
We cannot tell you based on breed or weight as all pets vary in shapes and sizes. Manufacturers vary their sizing policy, so it is very important to measure your pet properly to achieve a comfortable fit.

No, we are solely an online retailer.
Do you deliver to other countries or overseas?
Yes, we deliver across the world.
What are your shipping charges?
Upon placing your order, standard shipping charges will be listed in your final order total before you confirm you wish to proceed and complete your purchase. Shipping varies dependent upon weight and where in the world the order is being shipped to.
For very heavy overseas orders only there may be an extra shipping charge. This is non- standard and therefore unlikely. In this circumstance a customer would be advised of the charge after the order has been placed and would be given the option to proceed or receive a full refund. However, we would again stress that this situation is unlikely and would rarely occur.
Do you have a catalogue?
No, we are solely an online retailer. This allows us to update our stock and products regularly so that customers are kept up to date at all times.

Do you wholesale?
No, at this time we are solely a retailer and do not wholesale.
