The Sunshine & Diamonds site has been designed for viewing with standards-compliant browsers including Internet Explorer 5 (and upwards), Netscape Navigator 6 (and upwards), Safari, Firefox and Camino.  If you are using an older browser we recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of your chosen browser.

AOL Users - Important Notice

Users of AOL should note that certain of the family protection and anti-spam elements implemented by AOL may prevent you from using certain websites such as Sunshine & Diamonds and may prevent us from sending you an email.
If you are an AOL user and you have experienced an issue with accessing certain pages then it may be that you have chosen too high a security setting within your AOL browser.

How to use Sunshine & Diamonds

Top Navigation: This gives you access to all the information functions on the site.  You can access your account and check your orders.  You can also find out information such as About Us, Contact Information, FAQs, News and the Gallery.

Left Hand Side Navigation: In this section you will find our product categories where you can browse the ranges Sunshine & Diamonds have on offer.  Simply choose a category by clicking on that link and then view the products.  Once you've chosen a product you like then simply choose the correct size or colour and click 'add to cart'.  It is as straightforward as that.

Registering

Why do I have to register?
When you register and create your account with Sunshine & Diamonds we'll remember your information so that - at the checkout process - you have as hassle free a time as possible.  We also store your addresses for you so that the next time you want to place an order, you do not have to fill in all your delivery details again.  You also have an address book with your account where you can store the addresses of friends and family (in the event that you may want to purchase something for them and have it shipped directly to them).
Whilst registering, please ensure that you input your information carefully and that you enter your correct email address.  Take note of the password that you use at registration as you will need it to regain access to the site at a later time.  Please note that the registration email you receive on completion of the registration process does not - for security reasons - contain your password.

Purchasing

Sunshine & Diamonds offers secure online transactions via our payment partners, Worldpay.

You can select an item from any category and add it your basket.  When you have finished placing the items you want in your cart, click on 'Check Out' and, if you aren't already logged in, enter your username and password.
You will then be taken through to the delivery information page where you can choose an address and you wil be given a shipping price, click 'continue' on the following pages where you will finally reach the secure Worldpay payment page.

Payment

Payment methods: You may choose to pay by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Solo and Switch.
Your address details should already be input on the next page, you just need to enter your card details.

Please note: Once you have entered your card details and they have been accepted, please ensure to click every 'continue' button and return to Sunshine & Diamonds in order to complete your order.

Receipt

You will receive an electronic receipt (via email) with your reference number.  You should quote this number in case of any queries.

Tracking your order

You will be kept up-to-date with all stages of your order, from processing to when your order has been shipped.  You can also log into your account on the site and check the progess of your order.

Redeeming online coupons

If you have been given a discount coupon then you can redeem it from our order on the payment page when you check out.  This can be done as follows:

When you click 'Check Out' you will be taken to the delivery information page.  Select your address and click 'continue'.
You will then be taken to the payment page.  Please enter your coupon code in the box marked 'Enter Redeem Code' and click 'Redeem'.
You will then be taken to the Order Confirmation page where you can see the amount you have saved and the amount due.

Experiencing difficulties with the site?

We don't expect that you should experience any issues when using the site, but, if you do, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or the live operator facility.

We ask that you give us as much information as you can including your browser and operating system, what page you are experiencing an issue with, any error messages that may have appeared on screen.
